The National Exchange Club is a community service organization of over 700 clubs and 20,000 volunteers throughout the United States and Puerto Rico. Exchange is working to make America a better place to live through its national project, the Prevention of Child Abuse, and other projects in the areas of Youth, Americanism and Community Service.

How long have you been in business?
The first local Exchange Club was formed in Detroit, Michigan in 1911. The second was the Exchange Club of Toledo, Ohio formed in 1913. Subsequently, two others were organized in Grand Rapids, Michigan and Cleveland, Ohio. These four clubs were the first to be chartered by the National Exchange Club after it was organized as a nonprofit, educational organization in 1917. Since then, hundreds of clubs have been chartered in the United States and Puerto Rico, with nearly 26,000 members making a positive difference in their own communities everyday.
What is your primary product or service?
We are America's Service Club. From our organization's earliest days, Exchange Clubs have been unselfishly serving their communities and improving the quality of life through our programs in Americanism, community service youth and child abuse prevention. The diverse array of Exchange-sponsored programs and projects has made a considerable impact on America, enhancing the lives of countless men, women and children across the nation.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Exchange is the oldest, exclusively American service club in the country. We pride ourselves in our strong patriotism, love of country and service to others.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Currently, there are approximately 700 Exchange Clubs across The United States and in Puerto Rico. We are always building new clubs and expanding membership in existing clubs to better serve our local communities.
