How long have you been in business?
I have been in business for 14 years. I have experience in business for 35+ years.
What is your primary product or service?
My primary product/service is designing MS Access or Excel databases. I am also avilable for personal or group instruction.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I got started with the in 1998 when I was downsized from a local Fortune 500 company. During my last years there, I discovered I was quite good with spreadsheets and databases. I decided to start this business using MS Access and Excel as my tools since the are widely used in the corporate world.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I am a single person shop. I do have folks I can network with for help. I usually only have one project so you get my full attention. I am flexible with work time, so I can be on site or off, and meet when you are available.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
At this time I have one location and have no plans to expand.
What type of payments do you accept?
I accept cash and checks at this time.
What are your hours of operation?
8 AM - 9 PM rain or shine.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
The custom application exceeded our expectations.
